Shruti Pahwa is a pragmatic leader whose key strength is her ability to articulate a clear vision enabling her to successfully motivate highly competent resources towards ambitious business objectives.

Shruti completed her Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation branch from Dehradun Institute of Technology (DIT University) and has also completed her Certification in Industrial Automation.

She started her career as a Corporate Trainer of Instrumentation Control & Automation Tools with a leading company.

Later, she worked as an Automation Engineer in Automobile Industry with the company who are one of the worldwide leaders renowned in manufacturing of auto products in India for over four decades and who present a combination of integrated manufacturing facilities, in-house state-of-the-art research and development, as well as advanced production, testing and validation facilities which have enabled them to bring new and reliable products on a global platform. Here she played an important role by working on the Programming of PLC & SCADA, Designing Circuits & Electrical Panels, worked on 8 Pillars of TPM, PQCDSM , OEE, Kaizen, Poka Yoke & Various Problem Solving Tools.

At Present she is associated as Director (Online Operations, R&D.) at Cyborg Robotics Academy Pvt. Ltd. Here along with her duties and responsibilities she is also playing a pivotal role in research, development, customisation and designing of high level courses as per the age of the child.
